Returns and Exchanges
For domestic orders: We do not offer refunds, however we do offer exchanges for another size or print within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
The only exception allowing for returns is in the case of ordering the largest size(XX-Large) and it not fitting the customer. In this case, a return and re-stocking fee will be charged.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any international orders(outside of Egypt) unless in the rare case that the item received is faulty or defective.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be new, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
We have the right to deny exchange if the item does not meet policy requirements. The item will be returned to you, and the customer will be charged for return costs.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning good to us.
In the rare case of receiving a faulty or defective item, Kai Collections will be responsible for costs associated with returning the product.
For any self inflicted damages to the product after purchase, Kai Collections will not be held liable. Therefore no replacement will be given.
How to exchange:
To exchange your product, you should contact us at email@example.com with your order number and exchange needed and we will inform of you of all the necessary steps needed to return the product and further processes.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the item received is faulty or defective.
